Gagner for Schools

AI Infrastructure
for Your School

Gagner for Schools replaces the spreadsheets, notebooks, and guesswork running underneath Nigerian schools with a single intelligence layer that thinks, watches, and responds, quietly, every single day.

The idea

Software helps you work faster.
Infrastructure changes what's possible.

Most of the tools running Nigerian schools today were built to store information, not to understand it. A spreadsheet cannot tell you which student is falling behind before the next exam proves it. A notebook cannot flag a child in distress. A filing cabinet cannot answer a straightforward question about how much the school actually spent last term.

Gagner for Schools, or GFS, is not another place to store those records. It is a layer of intelligence built to sit underneath everything a school already does, the same way electricity sits underneath a building, or payment rails sit underneath a bank transfer. Nobody thinks about the wiring when they flip a light switch. That is the point. Infrastructure works quietly and reliably, and it gets more capable over time without a school having to rebuild anything.

Every school that joins GFS is not handed a static piece of software. They are connected to an intelligence layer that already understands how Nigerian schools run, how students learn, and how to keep children safe in a digital environment, and that intelligence gets sharper as more schools use it.

Child safety

The most important engineering in the entire platform.

We are putting AI in front of children, and we do not treat that responsibility as optional. Every single message a student sends to any AI feature inside GFS, and every reply the AI sends back, passes through a dedicated safety layer before it ever reaches a child.

Built to catch serious risk signals, including self-harm, sexual content, and threats of violence, the moment they appear in a conversation.

A graduated response, not a blunt one. Depending on how serious a flag is, the system can quietly log it for review, or immediately stop the conversation, redirect the student to safety, and alert the right adults.

Always on, everywhere. This layer runs on every AI interaction across the platform. It is not an optional setting a school has to remember to turn on.

One network

Every school makes the whole network smarter.

GFS is not built and maintained one school at a time in isolation. Every school that joins plugs into the same shared intelligence layer, where the curriculum understanding, the safety systems, and everything the AI has learned get maintained centrally and delivered out to every school automatically. A school using GFS is not buying a tool that stays the same until someone manually updates it. They are joining a network where the intelligence underneath them keeps improving on its own, the same way a phone gets smarter with each update without its owner doing anything.

This also means GFS is sitting on something no traditional school software has ever had access to: a live, growing, structured picture of how Nigerian students actually learn, subject by subject, question by question. That is not just a feature. It is the raw material for building genuinely better education AI over time, trained on real classroom data, not content imported from a different country's classrooms.

Next: Gagner Academy, the skills school doesn't always teach.

Gagner Academy is the next layer we are building on the same infrastructure. Think of it as a home-grown, Coursera-style skills platform, delivered through the same AI tutoring and safety systems already proven inside Gagner for Schools. It is not launched yet, but the direction is set, and it teaches the things a normal school timetable rarely covers.

"Study Buddy has changed how my students revise. They ask it questions at 9pm they'd never raise a hand for in class, and it never runs out of patience."

Adaeze ChukwuForm Teacher, Greenview Academy

"The AI Quiz Master turned test prep into something my students look forward to. Watching them chase points on the leaderboard has done more for engagement than anything I've tried in ten years of teaching."

Michael OtienoHead of Mathematics, Lakeside International School

"Idea Lab is the first tool that's made brainstorming feel structured instead of chaotic. Students pitch a rough idea and walk away with something they're actually proud of."

Farida BelloCreative Studies Coordinator, Northgate College

"What I love about Homework Coach is that it won't just hand over the answer. It walks students through the thinking, the same way I would if I had time to sit with every single one of them."

Ruth NakatoPrimary Educator, Sunrise Primary School

"Rolling out the school management system took an afternoon, not a semester. Attendance, grading, and parent communication finally live in one place."

Daniel MensahSchool Administrator, Eastview Secondary School

"We looked at three other platforms before choosing Gagner for Schools. It's the only one that felt built for a school, not adapted from generic office software."
